INDYCAR Partners with Parkside Cards for Exciting New Trading Card Series

As the 2024 INDYCAR racing season looms closer, fans have an extra reason to be excited. INDYCAR has announced a three-year partnership with Parkside Cards, set to launch a brand-new series of trading cards on March 1. This collaboration promises to bring fans closer to the action, with a range of collectibles, contests, and giveaways, enhancing the thrill of the race weekend experience.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans at race events, in retail stores, and online. Parkside Cards intends to engage fans through various initiatives, including redemption cards for signed memorabilia and an exciting contest offering a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500.

Parkside Cards, renowned for its card collections for the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its portfolio with this exciting motorsport partnership. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, contain 20 packs with eight cards each, ensuring two autographed cards per box. Retail hanger packs consist of 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

One unique offering within the collection is the inclusion of relic cards containing actual pieces of brick from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, adding a tangible piece of racing history to fans’ collections. The base set consists of 162 cards, complemented by a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, as well as other thematic inserts like Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT. Autographs from 27 different drivers will be available, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels enhancing the collectibility of the series.

Mark Miles, the President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for this partnership, acknowledging the significance of trading cards as a means for fans to connect with their favorite motorsport stars. Miles anticipates that the new INDYCAR card series will offer fans a dynamic way to engage with the personalities and talents that make the sport so thrilling.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes are already underway, with the racing season scheduled to kick off in St. Petersburg, Florida, on March 10. This exciting collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards marks a new and interactive development for racing enthusiasts and collectors, promising a fresh way to celebrate the thrill of INDYCAR racing.
